Located at 10508 W. Pico Blvd. near Fox Studios and the Westside Pavilion Mall, Pico Playhouse provides you with a clean, safe, and convenient space for your productions or classes. The Playhouse is home to the Pickering Street Players and other innovative children's programs. Great productions of new and classic musicals and plays.

Currently, we have two spaces here at The Pico Playhouse. Our 99-seat Theatre space has new, comfortable seating, a robust lighting and sound package, and attractive backstage areas.
